Worked with Sam in Forensic Unit . My sympathy goes out to Denise, and the rest of the family. Sam was a good nurse that looked out for the staff he was working with. Really a good guy gone way to soon.... RIP Sam......

God Bless Uncle Sam! We are thinking of you Aunt Denise Sammy Gwen Gina and Krista with love in our hearts and prayers that you will stay strong. Uncle Sammy was so funny.
